The Singapore Team Behind AI Convo

AI Convo is built and run out of Singapore by a team you can actually name. The people below are the ones who set up your bot, sit in on the review calls, and pick up the phone when something isn't right. We think that matters more than a wall of logos.

The product is simple enough to describe in one breath. A customer asks your business something, on your website or WhatsApp or Messenger. The AI answers from material you approved, decides whether this person is worth your team's time, takes their contact details, and hands over to a human the moment the conversation needs one.

None of it asks you to write code or learn a new system. We set it up, you approve what it's allowed to say, and it runs. As a pre-approved PSG vendor we can also help eligible Singapore SMEs put up to 50% funding support against the cost, though the application goes in under your own company's name and the decision sits with Enterprise Singapore, not with us.

Where AI Convo came from

AI Convo is developed and managed by Freemansland Consultancy Pte Ltd, a Singapore company. Full detail is in our Terms of Service.

We're a pre-approved vendor under IMDA's SMEs Go Digital programme, which is why eligible Singapore SMEs can claim PSG support on adoption, see the PSG Funding page for current eligibility. Full detail on how we collect, use and protect data is in our Privacy Policy and PDPA Notice.

What we stand for

Keep the engine current

AI moves quickly, and plenty of what looked impressive eighteen months ago is ordinary now. We keep the model underneath up to date so you aren't paying for last year's technology, and we say plainly when something is on the roadmap rather than live.

Do more without hiring more

The point was never to replace your staff. It's that the person you already have shouldn't spend half a day re-typing your opening hours. Hand the repetitive questions to the bot and the same team covers a lot more ground.

The right answer, or none

A confidently wrong answer about your pricing or your policy costs you more than no answer at all. The bot is grounded in the material you approved, and when a question falls outside it, it says so and passes the customer to a person.
