AI Convo is an agentic AI chatbot platform and a pre-approved solution under IMDA's SMEs Go Digital programme. Eligible Singapore-registered SMEs can receive up to 50% PSG support on adoption costs, subject to current programme rules and approval by Enterprise Singapore / GoBusiness.
Last reviewed: 25 July 2026. Programme terms are set by Enterprise Singapore, not AI Convo, see the official GoBusiness PSG listing for the current rate and rules.
SMEs are eligible for up to 50% Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) support for the adoption of AI Convo. There's no code to write and nothing for an IT person to maintain afterwards. You approve what the bot is allowed to say, we set it up, and it starts answering, qualifying and routing enquiries on your behalf.

Routine, repeated questions are answered without a staff member re-typing the same reply.

A flat monthly plan replaces the need to scale headcount just to cover after-hours enquiries.

The same trained bot runs across your website, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, so enquiries from any channel are captured.

See what customers are actually asking, so decisions about staffing, stock and offers are based on real conversation data.
Train the bot by adding your sitemap link and prompts: no coding, plugins or IT support. Deploy on your website or WhatsApp; setup is fast and fully no-code.
Replies come from the material you supplied, not from whatever the model happened to assume. Each answer carries its citation and source, so you can check exactly where a claim about your business came from.
Go live in minutes: add the AI Convo widget to your website or activate WhatsApp through your business number. All conversations appear in one dashboard and you can take over anytime.
This is indicative guidance, not a guarantee. Every application is assessed by Enterprise Singapore / GoBusiness under the rules current at the time you apply.
Your business generally needs to be registered and operating in Singapore, with local shareholding above the current threshold set by the scheme. Confirm your specific eligibility on the official GoBusiness listing before applying.
Request a quote from us as the pre-approved vendor for the AI Convo solution scope. This becomes part of your grant application.
Typically your company's UEN and registration details, the vendor quotation, and any supporting information the current scheme requires.
Applications are submitted directly by your business through the Business Grants Portal, in your own company's name, not by AI Convo on your behalf.
Enterprise Singapore reviews and decides the application. Approval, funding rate and disbursement are entirely at their discretion under current rules.
Once approved, the AI Convo solution is implemented, and you claim the supported cost according to the scheme's process.
Common reasons an application doesn't proceed: the business doesn't meet the local shareholding or registration threshold, the solution scope doesn't match what's pre-approved, or required documents are incomplete. We can flag these upfront, but grant advisory is separate from, and does not guarantee, your purchase of the AI Convo platform.
Three things owners tend to notice first, once the routine questions stop landing on a person.
Opening hours, pricing, parking, delivery areas. The same handful of questions makes up most of the inbox. Once the bot handles those, your staff are left with the ones that genuinely need a human.
A reply that arrives in seconds, while the customer is still deciding, is worth more than a thorough one that arrives the next afternoon. Same question, very different outcome.
Instead of hunting through folders and old chats for the current price or the latest policy, the answer comes straight from the material you approved, with the source attached.
